I'm so over RL!Filippa Hamilton speak up on the photo-shop flap issue and for being fired because she cannot fit into RL's clothes anymore. "She's too large"? 5'10 and 120 lbs is too large? OMO! Ralph Lauren is looking for an anorexic beauty which is not normal.
The photo was first criticized on photoshopdisasters.com, but they have since taken down the posting after the site's service provider was hit with a DMCA take-down order from Ralph Lauren. But that was after the boingboing.net blog had already picked up the story, with blogger Xeni Jardin writing, "Dude, her head's bigger than her pelvis." And when Ralph Lauren tried serving boingboing with a similar DMCA takedown, the site refused to cave.
Filippa worked for Ralph Lauren for so long that she considered them as family, with all the loo going on she still cannot decide if she will suit them. I can only agree with the Cosmo Mag Editor Kate White.
