Jessica proud of her sister

Girls' Generation Jessica is proud of her sister and her sister's achievements.

The girls are the hottest issue everywhere, Crystal said that Jessica gave her tips for their upcoming debut and told her that she's glad that they are at SM Entertainment and proud that she will debut soon. Her message was "work hard to learn even more and many believe that you will be great. I'll always cheer. I love you. Jeongjamae Vamonos! I'm always here for you."

Jessica's desires to attend the showcase but her schedules are hectic and lots of gigs to attend to. Though she can't make it on her showcase, she will wait and watch it when it was aired.

IRIS in Seoul Int'l Film Festival

TOP and Kim Tae-hee

Tonight, KBS 2TV showcased their new drama "IRIS" at the Plaza Cheonggyecheon, Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul for the 3rd Seoul International Film Festival. Present on the event was TOP of Big Bang and Kim Tae-hee. The Organizing Committee mentioned that this is a great opportunity not just for the actors but for the Koreans as well to show-off the beautiful Korean Culture to other countries.

IRIS was a good example for this, the filming of this drama took place in Korea, Hungary and Japan. Hallyu stars Lee Byung-hun, Kim Tae-hee, Jung Jun-ho, Kim Seung-woo, Kim SY and TOP are full support for the dedication of the Film Committee, for their goal to promote their country.

Iris broadcast will be on October 14.

Heading to the Ground Teaser

Yunho's and Go Ara's teaser to their new upcoming drama "Heading to the Ground." After announcing the participation of Yunho on the said drama, not only Yunho's fans are excited but the whole DBSK fans are anticipating for broadcast of his First(?) acting career.

Yunho will be showing-off some skin (lol) not in a very visually stimulating scene but for his soccer scenes. He will also bring out his soccer skills, which we had seen before in Explorers of the Human Body with Super Junior. Do you remember that?

The brief synopsis for the drama was based on Cha Bong Gun (Yunho), trying to achieve what he thought to be an impossible. Fulfilling his dream of being a great soccer player while Go Ara plays his love interest as Kang Hae Bin.

Broadcast on MBC on September 9th after "Soul/Hon". With 16 episodes, written by Jin Choi Chi and directed by Park Sung Soo.

Also starring are Lee Sang Soon, Lee Yoon Ji, Kim Jae Seung, Choi Min Sung.

Alien outfits are in!

Over-sized shoulder padding, over-sized sleeves, alien outfit. Whatever you call it, it is in!

Andre Kim the so-called "father of alien outfits" started it in Korea. So far I haven't seen any American or European celebrity or models who wore this kind of outfit.

For me, I like his design because it's unique and still fashionable.

Huge potential, if he really is the first in this design. I will try to search more if I can find foreign brand with the same design. If you know one please let me know.

G-Dragon #15 on United World Chart

After grabbing the top spot in Music Bank, G-Dragon's Hearbreaker quickly climbed up to #15 on United World Chart. Big time for the Big Bang Leader!

Well done and you deserve it GD after all the hardships and controversies.

The chart, which ranks the “top selling albums according to global sales figures and national album charts”. G-Dragon is lined-up with big international artists such as The Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga and the late King of Pop Michael Jackson. Koreans and GD's fans are probably in cloud9 as well because GD beats the Sasha Fierce.

Hallyu Star Lee Junki features in the cover of September Issue of GQ Taiwan Magazine. International Posh Brand Prada and Lee Junki worked together for GQ Taiwan's proposed Sacramento Version.

Lee Junki is popular in Asia and he is the best choice for the concept. The production cost of Prada Taiwan for the photoshoot spent almost 100Million Won. That covers not only the props and costume but the security for Junki.

GQ Taiwan will be released on September 1.

Lee Byung-hun x Karl Lagerfeld

Storm Shadow Lee Byung-hun, of “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra”, collaborates with world-famous fashion designer and photographer Karl Lagerfeld in an ad campaign.

Lagerfeld will host a photo exhibit in Japan with Lee as his main model. Slated to open for two days starting on September 9, the photo show will be held at Space O in Tokyo under the title “Lee Byung-hun x Karl Lagerfeld.”

Having teamed up for a Japanese beauty site www.yamanohada.com, Lagerfeld and Lee met in Paris. Lee showed off his robust figure for Lagerfeld’s lens and the rest is history. Lee said it’s a great honor for him to collaborate with a famous icon. According to people who know Lagerfeld, he very rarely takes photos of a movie star. "You are one lucky man, Byung Hun oppa!"

Best Rapper Miryo of BEG

Netizens chose Miryo of Brown Eyed Girls as the best rapper from female idol groups. That, I cannot explain. I like her but I love Yubin more. Maybe the absence of Yubin in their native land ousted her.

Poll conducted by DC Inside from August 18 through 25, Miryo surprisingly came out on top. Gaining 32.8% of the 9,358 votes.

Almost but not quite, behind her on the list was YGE CEO's fave CL of 2NE1, with 2,733 votes or over 29% of the votes. CL's strongest appeals are her addictive voice and charismatic stage presence that I really love.
