What is Media Pole?

Someone asked me if I understood what was on Media Poles Site?

Here's a brief explanation of Media Pole.

Gangnam is a great example of Media Pole project. MP installed a public media boards using touch flat screen displays in the Street of Gangnam:

Following a media-based theme, the district set up special poles to create what officials call the "U-street," allowing "ubiquitous" access to media right on the street.

The 12 meter-tall poles allow people to search maps, read news and check transport information. These expensive media poles even provide services in English, Chinese and Japanese. People can also play games while waiting for their friends. [WOW!]

There are currently more than twenty-one poles along a major road near the busy Gangnam Station. The area around the Media Poles also serves as a WiFi Zone, serving free wireless Internet access.

Media Poles has the following features:

• News which has a full edition of Korean newspapers
• Transportation maps
• Photomail (email postcard)
• Nurien 3D avatar game
• Casual multiplayer games
• Shopping/restaurant locator
• Digital Kaleidoscope (Flickr photo gallery)

To experience this new Tech of Gangnam Media Poles, you can get off the subway at Gangnam Station on Line 2, exit 7.

I love my camera but I have never appreciated it until the recently concluded Philippine Fashion Week. It is more than just a camera, it was one of my stylish accessories.

At first, I was kind of shy because most of the cameras (especially from the Professional Photographers) at the event have super big and long zoom and mine was like super tiny but that did not stop me. Some of the event I was seated at the back, and I mean it, really at the back row but I was still able to capture the glitz and glam happening on the runway with its zoom that goes as far as 3.6 that's just for optical zoom. Thanks to my Panasonic Lumix!

SNSD + f(x)'s Chocolate Love

SNSD and f(x) will release a digital single called, “Chocolate Love”.

“Chocolate Love” is produced by Bloodshy&Avant, BoA’s USA debut album producer. The digital song is all about LG's New Chocolate phone's special features. It will have 2 versions from SNSD and f(x). Each interpretation have different feels.

Composers/arranger Yoo Young Jin and Yoo Han Jin will help f(x) for their version. Surely it will showcase Amber's talent, while SNSD’s version will be cute and a touch of their retro pop feel.

Chocolate Love’s MV will be released in mid October.

SNSD for LG Electronics’ second version of “Chocolate” phone. This touch screen series is muc better compare to it's version.

According to Korea's tech reviewers, this new gadget is one of the highly anticipated releases this year. I would gladly appreciate and promote it, if LG Electronics will send me one of this "Chocolate" phone.

Are you an owner of ipods? Are you one of gadgetphiliacs? I am, and now Apple will soon release a next generation iPod. What will it look like?

Apple will dedicate their attention to the birth new iPod touch, the most advanced and versatile version of the iPod.

According to Hasseldahl of Business Week, his prediction is- Apple's emphasis to the hard drive-based iPod classic. I totally agree that Flash memory is cheaper, consumes less power, and resists abuse better than hard drives, so future high-capacity iPods will most likely be based on flash.

Will this new ipod touch can be attached to mobilephones like iPhone and/or Nokia? Will it have a camera? Whatever it is, nothing lasts forever.
