Brownout or Blackout

Whatever people call it, we are suffering from it lately. Since Wednesday, whether it is Meralco or whoever pontius pilate's fault it is, it's really pissing me off.

Such a bad timing because my niece is here at my place and she's sweating like she just cameout from a shower. Poor beautiful little monster!

We have an electricity now that's why i'm taking this opportunity to post. At 4pm according to our local news, there will be another brownout. This is happening because they are fixing the areas that was affected by the twin typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng.

Affected Areas of the rolling brownout are Manila, Pasig, Rizal and Makati.
