2PM to Release Full Length Album in October

Fans of 2PM can rejoice as the release date for the dashing K-Pop group's new album draws closer.

Slated for release in October, the band members are hard at work in the Manhattan JYP center studio, under the watchful guidance of producer-mentor Park Jin-Young.

A series of JYP 'tweets' have kept fans updated on the progress of the album and whet their appetites for the eventual release. Park Jin Young has revealed that the songs will employ "a totally new style of music."

On Twitter, Park also debunked rumors that the 2PM boys would be making their U.S. debut and following suit in the Wondergirls' footsteps. A JYP family tour next fall could possibly be in the works but nothing is firmed up at the moment.

A full-length album by the talented group is welcome news, especially after the red-hot success of mini albums Hottest Time of the Day and 2:00 PM Time For Change.
