I'm so happy to tell you that one of my closest friends or should I say best friends for 11 years Kristine Borgonos RND will be part of kpopsites family.
She's my classmate, colleague, shock absorber and my 'personal dietitian back in our university days'. Kristine is a Registered Nutritionist/ Dietitian in the Philippines, taking up her last few Masteral units and currently teaching in two Universities in Manila.Quite a hectic schedule, eh? but she can't say 'NO' to yours truly. That is why, she will give us health and nutrition tips every week starting this weekend!~
