This is what i did today, I went out to upgrade my HP notebook (mini laptop) because my Firefox keeps on crashing due to low memory and I stored too much photos & videos that's why it is running slow.
It took me ages to wait for it, loooong~ queue but it's worth the wait. So good that it has global warranty because they fixed it for free.
Horrible thing was, they accidentally turned the language into Japanese! Thank God I asked them to open it first and check it twice.
