Rain! Korean Government appointed Rain as Global Goodwill Ambassador. The appointment was held at 4:50pm on 09 June, 2009 at Seoul City Hall Annex. The appointment was initially scheduled for 25th May but was postponed due to the death of Korean former president Roh Moo-hyun.
Rain was chosen because as we all know he is very influential in not just in Korea but in other countries as well. He even ranked on Time Magazine's Most Influential People in the World.
Does he deserve it?
