RELEASE DATE NUMBER ONE : MAY 1, 2010 (SATURDAY) - advanced selling during CASSIOPEIA Philippines 7TH Gathering at the @ UP FILM Center

If you purchase the Best Selection 2010 Silver (CD Only) for only P400, you get a Photocard inside the album, a Free Poster (The biggest ever printed by Universal Records!) and you get an additional photocard of your choice. Same deal if you buy Best Selection 2010 Black (2CD+DVD) for P700.

I am currently glued every sunday noon on GMA7's Party Pilipinas with XLR8, the Philippines answer to Korean Boy Bands. The group is composed of teen cuties - Hideaki "Aki" Torio, Caleb Santos, Adrian Muhlach, MM Magno, Arkin del Rosario, Carlo Lazerna, Francis Ramos and Meljohn Magno. They are currently promoting their upcoming single “You’re So Hot!”

Pearls in men? Yes! popular Filipino movie and TV actor Piolo Pascual wore a golden pearl pendant suspended from a black silk cord around his neck. It was a gift from Jewelmer, when he represented the country at the Cannes Film Festival. Piolo has been wearing it quite a lot since then. Jewelmer is the largest producer of golden South Sea pearl. In the Philippines, wearing pearls is the domain of women, hope this would change perception of the common Filipino men. Cheers!

After an unexpected baring in Equus, Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) is returning to Broadway for the revival of the 1961 Pulitzer Prize-winning musical “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. It is said that Rob Ashford, an award winning director will choreograph and direct the said musical.

"How to Succeed" was revived a decade and a half starring Matthew Broderick and now by Radcliffe.  However, "How to Succeed" has more singing and dancing.  Will it still shock you to see Radcliffe sing and dance?

“How to Succeed” is scheduled to open in spring 2011.

Successful Cameo Role of Jessica, HyoYeon & SooYoung's in 'Oh! My Lady'

News broke out earlier that SNSD’s Jessica, HyoYeon, and SooYoung were to make a cameo on SBS Oh! My Lady. Pictures and a short interview with the members have been released! The three ladies agreed to the guest appearance earlier to support fellow SM Entertainment colleague Choi SiWon, who is the lead male actor on Oh! My Lady. They acted as themselves in a scene where Choi SiWon’s character, idol Sung MinWoo, heads off to a fashion show.

When they arrived on set, SNSD were warmly welcomed by Choi SiWon with a smile, and the three members were met with a round of applause by the staff and Park YoungSoo PD after they greeted everyone, “Hello. We’re SNSD!”

The girls filmed a scene where they all took pictures on the red carpet like the glamorous celebrities they are.

SiWon expressed his thanks by saying,

Even though they’re busy, I’m so grateful that they found time to film a scene. SooYoung and I take acting lessons together so we talk a lot about acting. I even introduce her as my blood relative to others. We promised each other that when one of us is acting the other would make a cameo.

SooYoung replied, “Since it’s a drama that SiWon oppa is starring in, I’m always watching it. I remember his kiss scene in the first episode with Jun HyeJin; his acting is so cool, and he’s very good at it.”

Jessica, who just wrapped up her own acting gig as the star of Legally Blonde, added, “I know that SiWon oppa has a lot of desire for acting. I’d like to see him turn into a genuine actor through this drama. If I ever get the opportunity, I’d like to challenge myself with a drama too.”
