Not so BANG! for After School

I don't see anything new from these concepts.  The looks were so copycat from Girls' Generation's (SNSD) last two albums (Genie and Oh!).  These are not exciting at all. 

The only part of the song that captured me was the chorus and I don't think I'm going to listen to it again.  Not so Bang! and not so fresh at all.  Sorry guys! It's my opinion.  Anyway, enjoy the photos!

After School will have a NEW member

After the sad news of So Young leaving After School for her health, the group will come back with a new look and new member for their NEW song.

Pledis has confirmed all the speculations, there IS a NEW After School member.

Pledis stated: "At the end of November, After School will release their second single together with a new member who will be added to the group. The new member is our trainee who has never been revealed to the public. She possesses outstanding vocals and rapping skills. After School will have a concept different from the rest of the girl groups and will be performing to show an After School that is more improved and upgraded."

After School's new single is expected to be released on the 25th of November. The New member can be seen on their upcoming teaser. Will the new member be able to fill the big shoes of So Young? *curious*

MBC Chuseok Special Star Dance Battle

Not only Koreans anticipate the annual Chuseok celebration, actually Kpopsters looks forward to this because of the MBC's 'Star Dance Battle.' Including me, I always look forward to Super Junior's performances, specially other artists as well. Who wouldn't want to see Shinee Vs After School, Jewelry Vs Kara, Super Junior Vs SNSD, and more.

Winners for the Dance Battle and Funny Wrestling Games are included, 'Congratulations Shindong!'

Son Dambi + After School = New Group?

Girl group After School and Singer Son DamBi was rumored to join together and form a new group.

Amidst her busy schedule filming for SBS drama ‘Dream’, Son DamBi has been working late nights for this project group. After School also stopped their activities for their new album so as to prepare for this project group.

Son DamBi and After School, “We learnt a lot from each other through preparing for this project and we enjoyed the process of preparing for it.”

Meannwhile, the secret project group will be revealed through Pledis this coming 16th July.

2NE1 on MNET [Continuation]

2NE1 on MNET [Continuation]

MNET M! Countdown was such a successful event!

It was 2NE1's first ever live performance on the said event. I just don't like the sound of their mics. The props were cool, a replica of the girl's music video background minus the car but I still prefer SBS Inkigayo's preparation.

To sum it up, everything is great specially with Lady Gaga's presence.

Mr. Pizza, together with After School and Junjin held a pizza charity concert...

Junjin and the after-school mentioned, "the fans appreciate us and this is such a good opportunity for us too" and "fans can not breathe when we get a little closer to them. We think they're really excited. We will do our best to give them a great show.

this unique concert is composed of two parts. First, pizza tasting and second part is the brilliant performances. Every proceeds will be given to women's charity groups.

Son Dambi and After School on Doll Domination

The Pussycat Dolls, Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton will be performing June 6, 8:00pm at the Olympic Cycling Stadium, Olympic Park, Seoul, as part of their "Doll Domination'' world tour.

Son Dambi was chosen for the opening act and After School as well. It was just announced today that After School is included, after all people now that they are the korean version of PCD. A showdown that is worth waiting for.

Pussycat Dolls' second album, "Doll Domination,'' came out in September 2008. Although not as successful as their debut album, the Pussycat Dolls released several singles such as "I Hate This Part,'' and "Bottle Pop.''

Recently, the Pussycat Dolls collaborated with Oscar-winning musician A.R. Rahman on a remix version of "Jai Ho (You Are My Destiny)," originally part of the "Slumdog Millionaire" soundtrack.
