T-ara & Supernova's T.T.L Review

If I'm not wrong, this is a project group? Like the 4Tomorrow girls? And the "T.T.L" title stand for "Time To Love"? And that this song has the Ballad and Pop version? Anyways, I personally prefer listening to the Ballad version. Thus, my review here is done by listening to the Ballad version. The raps is cool, the contrast between the guys' and gals' voices are perfect, as far as perfect goes for project groups. I've heard the 4Tomorrow girls and their song, as well as "T.T.L" and I just have to say that a new craze is starting. We've had these 2 and now, SME choked up a project group called "Nadia". But I think that's the vocal's name. The guy in charge of the beats... I don't know. :D I , myself, am brazen enough to say that the songs coming from project groups can clinch a spot higher than some songs by other K-Artistes on the K-Charts. But not to worry, project groups don't really last long, so our favourite K-Artistes can do a rebound sooner or later :D

[Note for unnie: This is the best I can do with your updated song list! I hope you like it. If you want me to make the first batch of reviews longer, just message me and I will, and I can try my best to get my FB friends to be a fan or K-Pop Portal, but not all of them are fans of K-Pop. :D]

Taeyang's Wedding Dress Review

Our talented "sun" ("TaeYang means "Sun" in English) is back with a new song! I'm sure everyone anticipated this song when they heard the snippet at the end of his "Where U At" MV. "Wedding Dress" is a classic love song-story where the guy, loses the girl to his friend. TaeYang in a suit like that... HOT! I would think, in the MV, he would suffer in silence about losing the girl, but he actually played this song at the girl's wedding, where the girl looked oblivious, whereas the guy obviously could read between the lines. The part that I think got to everyone was the ending where TaeYang wanted to propose but was beat to it his friend. And then, after the wedding, we find out that he had actually kept the ring all this while, not giving up. He finally gave up after the wedding/reception, and I just think that is so gentlemanly! He knew he had a chance during pre-wedding preperations, but the girl was that stupid to see past him. :D I'm sure every girl, like me, would want him to sing that song LIVE at our wedding. :D

SS501 "Love Like This" Review

The boys have come back... Again... As men! Again... :D This song, compared to songs like "A Song Calling For You" and "DeJa Vu" or "U R Man" is not as cute, or as 'tough', if you'd allow. This song, is by far, the shortest song I've heard from the guys, or from any of the singers in the Korean industry as a matter of fact! You'd think DSPE would make the MV a little longer even though the song is already so short, but NO... Yet, somehow, "Love Like This" feels like any other 3 minute lengthed song. The live performances of "Love Like This" are also great! Back when our JungMin had the infamous mushroom hair that SHINee's Taemin sported in "Noona is Very Pretty" or more known as "Replay", and when our actor Hyun Joong had the kind of hair style that SHINee's JongHyun is currently having. Don't get me wrong, I'm not comparing the two groups in any way, all K-Pop groups mentioned (or not) here in K-Pop Portal are of equal "awesome-ness" :D

Rainbow 's Gossip Girl Review

DSPE's newest addition "Rainbow", is a girl group consisting of 7 girls. DSPE already chart-topping groups such as SS501 an Kara, so I'm anticiapting how this group will go. Also, this year seems to be coming up with a LOT more new groups, some namely Lady Collection, SHU-I, JQT (3 of the 4 members from an old group that was sort of the 2005 girls version of Super Junior" i-13), BS2T and such. Our K-Artistes have such CUTE Engrish! I can never get enough of their Engrish. For me, I would say the HOOK (part of the song that is always stuck in your head) of "Gossip Girl" would be either "I wanna Gossip Girl..." or "Do You Wanna Say..." The rap is not too bad, but I can say I've heard better. What do you guys think of DSPE's Rainbow? Will they shine like the 7 seven colours of the rainbow? Or will they disappear behind the clouds when the sun comes out?

2PM's "Heartbeat" Review

First of all, I would like to say that I feel the pain all HOTTEST feel with Jay's "moving on". Anyways, this song has some WICKED "zombie" dance moves :D

The boys seem to bring their sorrow with them on every stage, the sorrow that they share with the HOTTEST. But this song still packs a punch, and I found something out yesterday: if you were to substitute every "Geunyeo/ Geunyeon" with "JaeBeom", the song will makes a lot more sense :D (No offence D:) All in all, no matter 2PM or 1:59PM, 7 members or 6, JYPE sure knows how to give the fans a good song.

SHINee Ring Ding Dong Review

Yes, this song does make avid SHINee fans go "crazy". With Jonghyun's never ending powerful vocals along with Key and Minho's great rapping skills, all I can say is, WOW! Way better than their previous songs. Our Onew's sweet vocals and TaeMin's cute vocals are a great add-on.

The single was a big hit because of their sound, which is gleaming, attractive, proudly, even defiantly funky. The boys new glammy rockstar looks and music video completes the ear candy that SHINee fans and listeners find it satisfying.

The one I vote for "most dramatic change" would be Key. His somewhat soft look from before really makes this MV the sort-of "we've grown up" video for our SHINee boys.
