4 Minute Live in Manila

Korean all girl group 4 Minute will be here in Manila on for mall shows and autograph signing sessions. Their schedule starts on Feb. 5, 6 p.m. at SM Mall of Asia Main Mall Atrium; Feb. 6, 5 p.m., SM Megamall New Event Center; and Feb. 7, 5 p.m., SM North EDSA Annex Event Center.

4 Minute has received awards such as Cyworld’s Rookie of the Month from Korea’s Cultural, Physical Education and Tourism Bureau: the Rookie Music Award, SBS Power Rookie (August) and Golden Disk Awards Newcomer Award (shared with T-ara). CA Music, which partnered with CUBE Entertainment in Korea will release 4 Minute’s first mini-album titled For Muzik. Its hits Hot Issue, Muzik and What A Girl Wants have enjoyed heavy airplay on top music channels and radio stations — making the group one of the most popular Korean acts in the country.

Grab your copy of Limited Tour Edition For Muzik albums at the mall tours and the chance to have the group sign them. A tour poster will be given away.

Dream Concert '09

Korea's most anticipated concert event of the year, the 2009 Dream Concert kicked off last night at the Seoul's World Cup Stadium with 19 famous groups of performing artists who took the stage to perform for their legion of fans.

The 19 fabulous groups who participated were Big Bang, Super Junior, SNSD, 2PM, SHINee, Jewelry, 4minute, 2NE1, Kara, Chae Yeon, Wheesung, Park Hyo Shin, T-ara, Supernova, f(x), Kim Tae Woo, 2AM, MC Mong and Super Junior-M. Rumors are SBS Inkigayo has decided to create its own female Version of Wonder Boys. After making the boys look like gays, now its the girls turn to look like tomboys.

A collaboration from members of 2NE1, Girls Generation, Brown Eyed Girls, Kara and 4minute to perform Super Junior’s "Sorry Sorry" and 2PM’s "Again and Again", this coming August 9.

Besides that highlight, member from each group will be mixed to another group for another girl power performances of their own hit song. Check out the leaks!

KARA's Honey will be performed by Jiyoung and Hara from Kara, Narsha of Brown Eyed Girls, Jessica and Sunny of Girl’s Generation. 4 MINUTE's Hot Issue by Jihyun of 4 Minute, Ga-In of Brown Eyed Girls, Yuri, Hyoyeon of Girls’ Generation and Minzy of 2NE1. BROWN EYED GIRLS' How by Jea and Miryo of Brown Eyed Girls, Tiffany of Girls’ Generation and Jiyoon from 4 Minutes.

4minute endorses Shoemarker

Popular Korean multishop Shoemarker chose the girls of 4minute to be its new celebrity endorser.

The girls are a “Hot Issue” in the endorsement arena. A month after their debut and they have already landed major deals including TBJ and collect call company Onsetel.

According to a ShoeMarker representative, it was difficult trying to find a model that suited the new ‘ShoeMarker’ image. They felt that 4minute unique personalities would best exude the companies' new trendy image.
