Kim Bum to shoot TVC in Manila

Korean superstar and one of the stars of Boys Over Flowers, Kim Bum arrived in Manila at around 11am today, 30 September. He is scheduled to shoot a TVC for RC Cola opposite popular local teen star and endorser of the said brand Maja Salvador.

His arrival was first announced via the Twitter account of Boys Over Flowers earlier today. Kim Bum was also part of Kdramas East of Eden, Unstoppable High Kick and Outrageous Women.

I need to use my James Bond abilities to find where he is right now.

The Story of Four Flowers

Until now the boys of Boys Over Flowers are still kickin' and to prove that they are so popular their photobook "SOFF" (Story of Four Flowers) was released in Japan through TBS.

On the first day of its release, the book took the highest sales on imported books, not just in Japan but in Korea's largest bookstore Gyobomoogo as well. Even in online markets they are one of the best sellers.

The SOFF photobook contains the sizzling daily photos of the 'It' boys and Korea's beautiful outdoors and some their drama stills. This book is under the copyrights of Japan and Korea and will be released on September 5, 2009 together with the F4 Special Picture DVD. For those who will reserve a copy, you will get a free poster with it. Can't wait to have one!~

BOF lead stars on SS50's Concert

Spotted on SS501's Concerts are Kim Bum, Lee Minho and Koo Hye Sun yesterday (August 1) in Seoul.

Kick-off concert in Seoul was a success, and the support of Kim Hyun Joong's BOF co-stars didn't disappoint him though if you look at the pictures below, Kim Joon and Kim So Eun was not able to make it. Probably tied up in their own activities.

I'm so jealous of those fans who were able to reserve a seat beside these hotties.

Hero Jae-jung - Most Wanted Date

Hero Jae-jung of TVXQ was selected as the Korean star foreigners want to date the most. In a special survey conducted by Arirang TV’s entertainment program “Showbiz Extra” to mark the show’s 1,000th episode, almost 25% of 3,000 foreign respondents in the Philippines, Vietnam, the United States and other countries chose Hero Jae-jung as the Korean star they want to date for a day.

This is not the first time that Hero Jae-jung was cited the favorite male star of Korea by foreigners. Earlier this year a Chinese satellite TV channel ranked him first in the list of Asia’s most handsome men, and he was placed third in a Japanese music program’s list of the male singers you want to have as boyfriends. Following Hero Jae-jung in the "datable" star list were the gorgeous guys of “Boys over Flowers” in the order of Lee Min-ho, Kim Hyun-joong, and Kim Beom.

Meanwhile, the 1,000th episode of “Showbiz Extra” will be taped on Wednesday evening at the New Millennium Hall of Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul.

3 Million Pre-Order for F4's Special Album

Before its actual selling date, Boys Over Flowers Special Album got a 3 million pre-ordered copies...

Is this for real??? We are talking about millions here! KBS mini-series' Boys Before Flowers OST Volume 1 sold 10 million copies and now the Special Album got more than 2 to 3 million pre-orederd copies, and we are saying that we are suffering from the Global Economic Crisis? With this sales I don't think that entertainment business in Korea is affected at all.

The DVD case contained a luxurious photos of the boys and songs performed by Lee Minho 'My Everything', Kim Bum's 'Go See Her Now', Kim Hyun Joong's 'Happiness', Kim Joon's 'Blank Bet' and SS501's 'Sometimes'.

Lee Minho My Everything

Lee Minho can sing?

The rumor was Lee Minho can't sing, that's why he was spared when they(Kim Joon, Kim Bum and Kim Hyun-joong) each had an episode where they have sing.

But now he can't get away, for he has recorded a song entitled "My Everything". This song will be the backgound music for Goo Jun-pyo's After Story MV. He probably had a short vocal lessons to do this, that might be one of the reasons why the release of episodes 3 & 4 of F4 Special Edition Music Drama was delayed.

Boys Over Flowers to Taiwan

They are coming to Taiwan!

It all started in Taiwan and now due to the popularity of these series, the Korean Cast of Boys Over Flowers are coming to them on June 1-3 to promote their version of Meteor Garden.

Taiwanese are surely going to compare this to their very own F4.
